COREI™ will accomplish this through charity, education and training, sports and recreation, medical and health services, fitness, and proactive advocacy.

Organizational Structure
To present the 13-member Board of Directors clearly for organizational governance and operational excellence, COREI™ structures its leadership into Executive Officers, Functional Committee Leads, and At-Large Directors.
President
Leads board meetings, oversees strategic alignment, and acts as the primary liaison between executive leadership and the board.
Vice President
Assists the Chair, leads special initiatives, and steps in during the Chair's absence.
Vice President Strategic Operations & Risk Management
Compliance, Security, Records & Corporate Governance.
Secretary
Maintains board records, official meeting minutes, governance documents, and compliance filings.
Treasurer / Finance Lead
Oversees financial planning, budget approval, audits, and fiscal governance.
Chair, Governance & Nominations
Oversees board recruitment, annual evaluations, compliance, and policy updates.
Chair, Community Development & Outreach
Drives regional stakeholder engagement, local partnerships, and rural initiatives.
Liaison, Real Estate & Capital Projects
Advises on facility planning, multi-purpose complex initiatives, and service delivery.
Chair, Fundraising & Grant Development
Directs donor cultivation, grant acquisitions, and capital campaigns.
Chair, Educational & Vocational Programs
Oversees Childcare, After school care, Educational and Vocational Programs.
Chair, Sports & Recreational Programs
Oversees Youth and Adults Sports and Recreational Initiatives.
